Meet the Founder
Krystal P. Ross Jordan

My Story
Krystal Jordan brings more than 20 years of experience as a social worker and mental health therapist, dedicating her life to serving individuals and families who are often overlooked or underserved. Her work across group homes, schools, hospitals, and correctional settings has given her a deep understanding of what happens when systems fall short—and a lifelong commitment to stand in the gap with compassion, advocacy, and hope.
Throughout her career, Krystal has been known for building authentic, trusting relationships rooted in dignity, integrity, and care. She believes transformation begins not only with services and structure, but through meaningful human connection—where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to rise beyond their circumstances.
Elite Promises was born from both professional calling and spiritual conviction. Krystal firmly believes that God’s promises are faithful, enduring, and self-sustaining, and that when we walk in obedience, His provision follows. Elite Promises exists as a reflection of that truth—standing on the promises God has extended to each of us: hope, restoration, and a future filled with purpose.
Through Elite Promises, Krystal leads a holistic, community-centered organization focused on financial guidance, mental health education, life skills development, and resource access. Each program is intentionally designed to strengthen individuals, families, and communities while honoring the resilience already present within them.
Krystal understands that meaningful impact is never accomplished alone. She welcomes partnership with individuals, organizations, and funders who share a heart for service and a belief in collective responsibility. Grant funding and community support are essential to expanding the reach of Elite Promises and ensuring that no one has to navigate life’s challenges without support.
Guided by faith and grounded in service, Krystal leads with the belief that God’s promises are still active, still powerful, and still transforming lives—and that when communities come together in purpose, real and lasting change is possible.
