Our Community Partnership & Resource Navigation program enhances the ability of individuals in vulnerable communities to access critical services, improving their overall well-being and long-term stability. By building a robust network of community partners and streamlining access to resources, the program reduces barriers to healthcare, housing, employment, and legal support.

This program connects individuals to critical services including:

Stable and affordable housing solutions, including temporary emergency accommodations for those facing displacement or needing respite care or support of those seeking home ownership or down payment assistance.

Healthcare navigation, including connections to medical and mental health providers and having financial support to back up necessary services for wellness and self-impact

Food security, through referrals to food pantries and nutrition programs. Life resources to include financial support with essential needs,

Workforce development, such as job search assistance, résumé support, interview coaching, and access to vocational training programs

Legal and advocacy support, ensuring individuals can navigate complex systems and receive equitable treatment

Health education and resources for individuals managing diabetes and other medical fragilities (e.g., a sugar-free bakery concept)

Culturally specific workshops for young Black girls, focusing on hair care, skin, and body wellness
